Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized/customized products
  • Intimate or hygiene-related items
  • Final sale or clearance items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank/payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped.

Non-Returnable Situations

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor color or size variations due to screen settings
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Delays caused by customs, courier services, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping Costs

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.
